Online Access and Device

If you choose to have your child participate in the online class, you are responsible to view the science camp orientation video prior to the start of camp. You are also responsible for set up, installation, and testing of your technology device and the zoom platform prior to the beginning of the camp class.

Summer Camp Rules

If your camper is participating in an online component of the camp, your child should maintain a safe and fun environment for other campers by engaging in appropriate behavior, including but not limited to, listening to the instructor, treating all other campers respectfully, and limiting distractions to other campers such as background noise. If your child is not engaging in appropriate behavior for a camp class experience, they may be removed from camp for either a portion of time or the remaining course without option for refund. The Hands-On Science Camp staff are there to reinforce the safety and fun of each camper by ensuring the rules are followed.

The camp will use Zoom to facilitate online classes. By participating in an online component of the camp, you agree to the terms as outlined in Zoom's Privacy Policy for K-12 Schools and Districts.
